Surprise. . .

Well, last weekend was eventful and this week has been so busy that it has taken me this long to blog about it. :) Bryan and I worked like normal on Saturday got off at 5pm and then went out to a hotel we have been doing a lot of work for and got to stay for free!!! This is exciting because the rooms normally cost about $600 a night!!!!! YIKES!!! Well, I wouldn't say they were worth $600 a night but they were nice. After we left there we had found a really good sale at CVS and so we were cashing in on that deal!! :) Little did I know that Bryan had plans for me. :) We were trying to make it home to go "help" his parents finish their patio and then they were going to take us out to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory (which I was REALLY looking forward to!!!). Well, we went home for a few minutes and then his parents called and said they had everything ready. Well, we pull up and there is people in their house that aren't normally there and then I said Bryan you lied to me!!! I was soooooooooo embarrassed I didn't want to go inside. They were throwing me a surprise birthday party. There were people from church there and people from our old church and our families and my best friend Katie. :) I had a blast and my mother in law KNOWS how to throw a party! The cake was unbelievably WONDERFUL and GORGEOUS!!! After the party we went home and finished cleaning out our cabinets for the kitchen to be sprayed for bugs the next morning. We got up the next morning and headed down to Downtown LA to get my wedding ring sized so that I can actually where my ring. :) We had fun walking all over and watching people and birds at the Los Angeles Public Library.
