Meal Planning. . .

A lot of the blogs that I read I have been noticing that people are sharing what is on their menu for the week. So I thought it would help keep up with my meal planning to share it with my fellow readers! :) So there is now a spot on the sidebar with what is on our menu for the week. We have noticed that we spend less when we meal plan because we only buy what is necessary instead of what looks good. ;) We also eat out less since things are planned which is a lot healthier for us. Well, I hope you enjoy. ;) If ever there is something on the menu you would like a recipe for let me know and I would gladly email it to you. :) And please keep in mind some of our meals are frozen due to our strange work schedule so it is faster when we don't want to eat too late!

Hey, frozen is the way to go, baby! Try the cookbook, "Don't Panic, Dinner's in the Freezer" for meals you can cook up and freeze. That way, you know what's in them, and there's no preservatives (a big no-no for PCOS!)! I try to do my meals on weekends when Dane's home to help with the kids. It's a good book! I need to buy a bigger deep freeze! ;)
