Realization. . .

Well, Bryan and I went to an open house of a condo on Sunday to kill sometime and we got kinda excited!! But then we went home and worked the numbers and while we can afford it the amount of money that we would be spending over the next 5 years in mortage would be $174,000 and in the end we would only have $35,000 roughly in equity!!! Isn't that just crazy??!!??!! So, instead of spending all that extra money we have decided that we are going to go find a 2 bedroom hopefully 2 bath apartment/condo to rent for the next 3-5 years. Then all the other money that we would be spending on a mortage we are going to put into a savings account and let it accure interest as well instead of the other kind of interest, like them charging us interest. :) So hopefully we will have a large chunk of money by that time and we can buy a house instead of buying a condo! And then our kids will be happy to be in a house with a yard and such. :) Well, that's it for our home front issue. :)

And tonight maybe sometime we are going to have dinner guests. My friend John and his friend Lindsey are coming for dinner. So much drama has happened because of it but its all good. Well I should probably go and finish that so I suppose I will talk to you all later!! Adios!!
