A Passion. . .

So if you are reading this you probably already know this about me but I like to take photos. :) Well, yesterday I went to a friends wedding. :) I have known Jenni since preschool. A lot has changed in our lives since we were in preschool; we went through elementary school; junior high which brought on drama and boys; then high school which brought parties, driving and thoughts of the future; and finally those omninous years after high school. :) Now that we are both married it really seems like so much life has passed us by. We have known each other for 24 years so I guess a lot of life has passed by. :) Anyhow, back to the reason of the post. :) I really would like to get into professional photography, I really enjoy it. So, as you know in January I bought myself a really nice camera and I took it to the wedding with me to take photos and then give them to Jenni. She did have a real photographer there but you can never have enough photos of your wedding. ;) So I ended up taking about 450 photos. :) Towards the end of the wedding the photograher came over and asked me if I would shoot the bouquet and garter toss since she had been working for 2.5 hours unpaid already. I was amazed that she asked me. I was a little nervous I don't have all the right equipment yet so some of the pictures came out dark. :( But Jenni and her family were all very grateful that I could take the pictures. :) So, if you would like to see some of them they are at my photo site, I will be adding more of them as I edit them. :) So I will leave you with this one that the real photographer took with my camera. ;)
