Craziness. . .

So today I went to pick up an order in Whittier and as I was pulling into the parking lot I thought I ran over the curb. Well, then I looked up at the sign for the business I was at and it was swaying back and forth about 3' in each direction!!! Crazy! I then realized it was an earthquake so then I was sitting in the truck and I was thinking this is one of the first earthquakes I have enjoyed in a long time. I had nothing around me for like 25' and I felt pretty safe, the truck was just rocking me back and forth. The guy on the radio was like whoa whoa you feel that earthquake, now you know that's live radio! ;) So, I went into the building where I was at and the girl working there was sooo freaked out! She was crying and she said her picture frames had fallen down on her desk and shattered. I felt bad for her but for the first time in a long time I wasn't scared. :) I told her to just prepare herself because there would be aftershocks with a 5.4-8 earthquake. :) After that Bryan called me and told me to call my mom and I tried but apparently they closed down all phone lines unless you were calling 911. So, that has been my interesting day so far. . . Now to go home and see what the damage is there. Well, all I hope your day has been good, since I am having a good one! ;) Toodles!

I think you were at least a little scared! I am, after all, a first-hand witness (by phone).
:P
